· Auto travel (IRS rate per mile)

· Rooms, meals, and miscellaneous charges away from PCCG office

· Copying and document production charges

· Special purchases/charges as authorized

· 1 month On-demand clinical consults 7 days a week from 8am to 5:00pm

Silver Program:

· Up to 50 calls per month

· On-demand clinical consult calls 7 days a week from 8am to 5:00pm and 24 hours for time urgent symptom management needs
